Return & Refund Policy – Fresh Fig Powder

At Biognic, we are committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and hygienically packed Fresh Fig Powder. To ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining food safety standards, we follow a transparent and market-aligned return and refund policy.


1. Tasting Pouch Policy (Important)

To help customers make a confident purchase, each order is shipped with a complimentary tasting pouch.

  • Customers are encouraged to taste the product using the tasting pouch first

  • If you do not like the taste or are not satisfied after trying the tasting pouch, you may return the main sealed product pack

  • The main product pack must remain unopened, unused, and seal-intact to be eligible for return

Returns based on taste preference are accepted only when the main pack is unopened.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The main product pack is unopened, unused, and seal-intact

  • The product is damaged, leaking, tampered, or defective

  • An incorrect product was delivered

  • The return request is raised within 2Days of delivery

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at info@biognic.com within 3 Days of receiving your order with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product, outer packaging, and seal

Our support team will review your request and respond within 7 BUSINESS DAYS.


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • You may be offered a replacement or a refund, based on your preference and product availability

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3DAYS after approval

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 days
  • Your order will be exchanged and replacement will delivered with in 7 days
  • Return will be acceptable with in 3 days

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


5. Replacement Policy

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products:

  • A free replacement will be shipped at no additional cost

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Main product packs that are opened, used, or seal-broken

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Returns requested after 2 DAYS from delivery


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect product), shipping costs will be borne by HAPPY FARM INTERNATIONAL EXPORT

  • For taste-based returns using the tasting pouch, return shipping of the unopened main pack may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


9. Food Safety & Hygiene Notice

For hygiene and food safety reasons, all returned consumable products are not restocked or resold. We strictly follow food safety and quality standards in line with industry practices.
